THE ROLE
This is a hands-on and strategic role. You’ll manage the finance function end-to-end, from daily accounting and reporting, to strategic financial planning that supports our growth.
You’ll work closely with the founders, central team and site managers, turning numbers into clear insights that inform key decisions and keep the business rising.
You’ll be based at our London HQ 2–3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week. Some travel to our other UK sites will be required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & REPORTING
Own the full accounting cycle, from transactions through to management accounts
Prepare clear and actionable financial reporting for non-finance stakeholders
Manage cash flow forecasting and VAT returns
Deliver weekly and monthly reporting by site, including budget vs actual analysis
Lead on annual budget planning with site managers and central teams
SYSTEMS & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Develop and enhance reporting systems and internal controls
Implement stock management systems and processes
Streamline workflows to support business growth
BUSINESS PARTNERING
Work with site teams to explain and act on financial variances
Provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Distribution teams
WHO YOU ARE:
Minimum 3 years in a senior finance role
Comfortable in a high-volume, lower-value transaction environment
Experience with stock and inter-company transactions
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
Knowledge of Xero and app integrations
ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or qualified by experience
