Location - Can be remote, or Hybrid working 3 days a week at the East London Office

Salary: £29,000 per annum + commission

From corporate team building to birthday celebrations and brand activations, our private events are at the heart of what we do. As we grow, we're looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Executive to help us fill our venues with the most brilliant private events in the country.
THE ROLE
You'll join our Private Events sales team as a key player supporting the Private Events Sales Lead, working side by side to convert inbound enquiries and proactively generate new B2B private event bookings across our UK locations. We're looking for a genuine hunter who loves the chase, gets a kick out of converting a lead, and cares about making people's events absolutely amazing - with the cherry on top!
You'll have clear weekly and monthly targets, a structured commission scheme, and the full support of the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
LEAD GENERATION AND CONVERSION:
Proactively identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities, from corporate team-building to large-scale private events.
Convert inbound enquiries quickly and brilliantly, guiding clients through the booking journey with warmth and expertise.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, tracking activity and forecasting accurately.
Work to structured weekly and monthly sales targets with a clear focus on booking volume and revenue.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS:
Build brilliant relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and bookers, becoming their go-to contact for baking joy.
Deliver outstanding client communication at every touchpoint, from first enquiry to confirmed booking.
Support repeat business and referrals by going above and beyond for every client.
TEAM COLLABORATION:
Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
Prepare monthly reporting and collating management information for regular sales meetings.
Ensure all customer data is handled in compliance with data protection regulations.
TEAM COLLABORATION:
Work closely with the Private Events Sales Lead to align on strategy, share intel, and ensure no lead goes cold.
Collaborate with our events and venue teams to ensure every booking sets our clients up for an incredible experience.
Contribute to team reviews, sharing what's working and what we can do even better.
TARGETS & COMMISSION
This role is built to reward people who perform. Your package includes:
£29,000 base salary.
A commission structure tied to your personal closed bookings, the more you sell, the more you earn.
Clear weekly activity targets and monthly revenue milestones, so you always know exactly what you're working towards.
WHO YOU ARE
You have a proven track record in a sales role, you know how to generate leads, nurture them, and close quickly.
You're hungry, ambitious, and genuinely motivated by targets and the reward that comes with hitting them.
You're a brilliant communicator, confident on the phone, sharp over email, and great in person.
You're highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline without needing hand-holding.
Experience in events, hospitality, or B2B sales is a bonus, but a fire in the belly matters more.
