Need a sugar fix quick? This 3 minute chocolate chip is that perfect little treat when you don't have much time.

Special Equipment: coffee mug and microwave.
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 egg yolk
½ tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp plain flour
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Melt the butter in your mug.
Add the brown sugar, caster sugar, egg yolk and vanilla essence to the melted butter. Stir to combine.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt to the mixture and stir to combine.
Finally add in the chocolate chips. Fold them through the dough to evenly distribute.
Place the mug in your microwave and cook for 45 sec at 900W. Check your cookie, and cook a further 20 secs at 900W if the dough still looks a bit wet.
Let stand for 1 minute before eating. Be careful it will be hot!
