Preheat your frying pan on a medium heat with a small amount of oil.
Pour your batter into the pan and evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the batter. Using your spatula tap the batter over the chocolate chips to cover them.
Cook your pancake until you see bubbles coming through the top of the pancake and not filling back in, flip your pancake over and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries.
Don't like chocolate? Then go ahead and add in salted caramel chunks, white chocolate, berries or sprinkles for a celebration!
Don't turn your pan on too hot, this will make the pancakes cook faster, but it will also cause them to burn.
