Mini Egg Milk Chocolate Fudge


Trying to find any way to eat more mini eggs? Us too. Try out this rich mini egg fudge. It is deliciously full of mini eggs surrounded by silky chocolate.


Prep Time: 10 minutes

Set Time: 2 hours

Total Time: 2 hours 30 minutes



Special Equipment: Square 23cm baking tin.


Ingredients:

450g milk chocolate chips

397g condensed milk

200g mini eggs


Directions:

  1. Grease and line a square baking tin with parchment paper.

  2. Chop the mini eggs into large pieces and set aside.

  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk. Stir over medium heat until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

  4. Remove from the heat and add in half of the chopped mini eggs. Fold the mini eggs into the mixture.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread out evenly with a spatula. Top the fudge with the rest of the mini egg pieces and place in the fridge for 2 hours minimum.

  6. Remove the fudge from the fridge and cut into desired shapes and sizes.

Tips:

  1. Do not let your mixture cook for too long or it will burn the chocolate and make your fudge grainy.

  2. Feel free to add more sprinkles, mini eggs or easter decorations!
