No Bake Protein Balls


Quick and easy protein balls, the perfect snack on the go! No special equipment needed, just a large mixing bowl and dash of upper body strength!

Special Equipment: Upper body strength


Ingredients:


120g Oats

100g Crunchy peanut butter

30g Honey

15g Caramel

50g Chocolate chips

1tsp Vanilla

¼ tsp salt


Directions:

  1. Mix Peanut butter with vanilla, caramel and honey.

  2. Add oats, salt and chocolate chips to a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add peanut butter mix to the dry ingredients and mix well

  4. Once mixed, divide evenly to golf ball size (use an ice cream scoop if you have one to hand).

  5. Roll each portion into a ball, trying to compact it as much as possible.

  6. Place onto baking paper on a tray then set in the fridge for 6 hours.

  7. Store in an airtight container once set.

Tips:

  1. If you are struggling to get the mixture to stay in a ball, add more peanut butter for extra moisture!

  2. Double the batch and freeze for weeks of tasty snacks.
