Quick, easy and crispy oat biscuits. Super quick to make and almost impossible to eat just one.

85g plain flour
85g demerara sugar
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
85g butter, melted
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp golden syrup
Preheat the oven to 170C.
In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, oats and bicarbonate of soda.
Pour in the melted butter, milk and golden syrup and stir together.
Leave for 1 minute to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
Roll into bowls roughly 20g each and place on a lined baking tray. Leave about an inch of space between each ball to allow for spreading.
Bake for 10-13 minutes until golden all over.
Allow to cool and enjoy.
Feel free to change up the size of the biscuits and weigh at 40g for bigger biscuits!
