Sasha started baking at home and over the years trained to become a Professional Baker and Cake Decorator. Her love for baking brought her from making confections in Russia to developing recipes for leading bakeries in London including, Konditor and Lola’s Cupcakes. Developing new recipes and working on new flavour combinations are her favourite parts of being a baker, but what she is truly passionate about is making baking easier for everyone! She has a particular sweet tooth for Italian and French desserts, which she mastered.
