She specialises in creating stunning buttercream and ganache celebrations cakes both in the tent and for her growing business. You won’t find a sweet tooth on her though, all day around cake makes her choose crisps over cookies. She has a knack for pushing creativity in the tent and giving out amazing baking hacks!
