Megan is a classically trained American pastry chef with a degree in Nutrition. Throughout her career, she worked around the globe in restaurants and luxury hotels, including The Savoy Hotel, The Fairmont Dallas and Michelin Star Awarded Enrique Leis. When she isn’t baking cakes with us, she is a freelance Food Stylist and Recipe Developer working on projects with Waitrose & Partners, Sainsbury’s, Old El Paso and BBC Good Food to name a few. In the kitchen she specialises in cake decorating, watercolour techniques, fruit pies and cookies!
